CSE 3320 Operating Systems (Fall 2009)

The objective of this course is to teach the design of operating systems. Topics we will cover include: concepts of operating systems, multiple-program systems, process management, memory management, scheduling, file systems, I/O systems, and protection and security. In addition, we will study the Linux OS Kernel to see how a real operating system works.
