1. Critiques (0-40): identify holes, research questions, and potential improvements of the work
2. Vision and related work (0-20): Compare and relate the work to other works and the big picture
3.  Presentation (0-20): Stress and illustrate key ideas of the work, e.g., with examples and figures; clarity in delivery
4. Knowledge (0-20): The depth and breadth of knowledge in the materials
