My main research interests are in Autonomous Robot Systems, Sensor-driven
Robotics, Machine Learning, and the Development of Intelligent Behavior.

If you want you can visit my hometown Lahr,
which is a town in the Black Forest in Germany. (There are a couple of English
pages but most pages are in German)
I like to play volleyball and soccer and to keep up with the newest results
try to follow the german Bundesliga.
And I used to organize (and of course run in) the annual LPR Half Marathon.
